Selling Your Home in Fair Oaks

Your home deserves more than a listing. It deserves an introduction.

When you sell with me, you get an experienced real estate advisor, a photographer’s eye, and the reach of I Love Fair Oaks, the local online magazine I’ve published since 2009.

Most homes get the same treatment.

Photos go up on the MLS, a sign goes in the yard, and everyone waits. That works for some homes. But your home isn’t just square footage and a list of features. It’s a place in a community people choose because of how it feels to live here.

I help buyers see your home, and Fair Oaks, the way you do.

What Makes It Different

Real estate experience, plus a platform to share your home

A local audience

I Love Fair Oaks readers already love this community. They follow local stories, share them with friends, and know people who are thinking about moving here.

A photographer’s eye

I’m a professional photographer, and I know how light, composition, and the right details help buyers picture themselves living in a home.

A storyteller’s approach

I write about your home and its neighborhood the way I write about Fair Oaks: with warmth, real details, and a reason for people to care.

Experience behind the scenes

I come from a family of real estate professionals and have worked in mortgage lending and title. I know where transactions can go wrong, and how to prevent problems before they start.

How I Market Homes

Your home, introduced to Fair Oaks

Every plan is tailored to your home, your timeline, and your comfort level. It can include:

  • A full MLS listing

Your home listed on the MLS and shared with the major real estate websites buyers use, with photos that show it at its best.

  • A home and neighborhood story

A written feature about your home and the part of Fair Oaks it sits in, so buyers see the life that comes with the address.

  • Short video

A video that captures how your home feels to walk through, shared on social media and YouTube.

  • An introduction to the I Love Fair Oaks community

Your listing shared with an audience that already follows Fair Oaks, clearly labeled as my listing so readers always know what they’re seeing.

  • A trusted local network

Years of relationships with local businesses, professionals, and neighbors who help spread the word.

Marketing plans vary by property and are agreed on with each seller. No marketing plan can guarantee a sale, a price, or a timeline.

Chrysti Tovani, Fair Oaks REALTOR and publisher of I Love Fair Oaks

Your Real Estate Advisor

Hi, I’m Chrysti.

Many people know me as the publisher of I Love Fair Oaks. Fewer know that I grew up in a family of real estate professionals, that real estate is where I started, and that my background includes mortgage lending and title.

I work with a small number of sellers each year on purpose, so each one gets my time, my attention, and the resources they need to make good decisions. I focus on downsizing, probate, trust sales, and the life changes that often come with selling a home.

I help homeowners navigate the decisions that come with selling, not just the sale itself.

How we’ll work together

  1. We talk

I listen first. We talk about what’s changing in your life, your timeline, and what you need from this sale.

  2. We make a plan

I walk through your home, prepare a pricing and net estimate, and build a marketing plan that fits your home.

  3. I introduce your home

Your home goes to market with real care behind it, and I’m with you through every step to the closing table.

Thinking about selling? Let’s start with a conversation.

No pressure and no rush. Just honest guidance about your home, your options, and what comes next.
